Why ammonia-free?
Traditional permanent color uses ammonia to open up your hair so color can get inside. It works, but it comes with that sharp salon smell, it can irritate sensitive scalps, and over time it can leave hair drier and more porous, so color fades faster.

Yes. With the right formula and a little aftercare, most of our guests book root touch-ups and glosses on the same schedule they always have.
Can you go lighter without ammonia?
Yes. When we’re brightening, we still use a lightener where it’s needed, and we’ll always tell you what we’re using and why. Bigger changes may take more than one visit, so your hair stays healthy along the way.
Does it cost more?
Not at all. NATULIQUE is used for every color service on our menu at the listed price. There’s no upcharge.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
